Sideshow asked 28 artists to create one of a kind busts for everyone’s favorite protocol droid, C-3PO.  Built by Anakin Skywalker and fluent in over six million forms of communication, C-3PO is one of the most beloved characters in the Star Wars Universe.

For each bust completed in Human Cyborg Relations: The C-3PO Custom Bust Art Show, Sideshow is making a donation to FIRST, a nonprofit dedicated to introducing millions of young learners to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education to build a better future. FIRST provides underserved, underrepresented youth access to inclusive, team-based robotics programs as well as mentors, coaches, and other sponsors to inspire learning interest and skill-building.

With skill sets ranging from cosplay construction to sculpting and painting, the Human Cyborg Relations artists took blank busts of C-3PO and transformed them into new and unique interpretations of the beloved character from a galaxy far, far away.
