Like many of you, we are huge fans of anything related to Batman. Prime Video released a fantastic new 10-episode animated series, “Batman: Caped Crusader” and we loved it so much we wish that season 1 was 20 episodes!
French artist Simon Delart obviously loved it too because he took it upon himself to create episodic posters for the series and the only thing that could make them better is if they were hanging in our office. Here is what he had to say about the art.
“I wanted to make images inspired by the aesthetics of film noir, in black and white and keeping a single bright color. I also had fun hiding a Batman or bat symbol in each poster. A way to show that no matter what, Batman is always there.”
Of course he is always there! He’s the Dark Knight! Here is a look at all 10 posters by Simon for each episode of season 1.
