We love mash-ups and this one is no exception because it combines two of our favorite franchises. Universal Monsters have become legendary figures in the horror genre. Their stories, rooted in literature and folklore, were transformed into cinematic masterpieces from the 1930’s through the 1950’s with groundbreaking special effects and compelling performances.
In 1984 Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird unleashed four anthropomorphic turtle brothers; Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo to battle the forces of evil in New York City. From that comic book, the Turtles would go on to become one of the most popular pop culture franchises of all-time.
