Here at Blurppy + HQ we always have scents wafting through the air. Whether it’s reed diffusers, incense or candles, we like to get lost in the aromas and think about far away places.  Imagine our delight when we discovered a new candle company called Homesick.

They have been around since 2016 but they are new to us so we wanted to find out what they are all about.  Their mission statement is quite simple, “Founded in 2016, Homesick is a home fragrance and lifestyle brand with one simple goal: to bring joy to your home by helping you feel closer to the people, places and moments that matter most.”

We were down with that and we LOVE that their candles are made with a natural soy wax blend along with 100% organic wicks.  Another great feature is that there is no lead, plastics, paraben, phthalates or synthetic dyes in their candles and you can repurpose the jars when you are done.

So here is a lil’ deep dive into some of their aromatic offerings.  Have you ever wondered what it smells like in a galaxy far, far away?  Check out their STAR WARS COLLECTION. They offer classic Star Wars related scents like: Tatooine, The Death Star, Endor or perhaps you wanna jump into something newer like something from their Mandalorian collection: The Bounty, The Rescue, or something cute like a Grogu air freshener.

(What does Gryffindor smell like you ask?  Try Lemon zest, nutmeg and fireplace with hints of smoked cedarwood, cinnamon, sandalwood and vanilla!)

They also offer a Friends candle called The Central Perk, Harry Potter themed scents that include: Gryffindor, Slytherin or Hogwarts.

They also offer scents made to evoke thoughts of Disney, Girl Scouts camp-outs, astrology, states, cities, college towns countries, tropical escapes and one of OUR favorites….

(In case you are wondering just what Fenway Park smells like, try fresh ivy, grass and lemonade…mmmm some would even say it smells like the best ballpark ever.)

Typical burn time on their candles is anywhere from 60-80 hours thus ensuring countless hours of your favorite memory evoking scents.
