There are COUNTLESS reasons why So Cal is a such great spot to live or visit.  Beach access, sensational surf spots, proximity to local mountains, mild climate, great food, hiking, etc.  ANOTHER reason is that it is the home of Ohana Fest.  The brainchild of Eddie Vedder and Kelly Slater, this annual music festival takes place at lovely, world famous, Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA and is a dream-like venue which hosts multiple stages and dozens of acts.

Aside from music, Ohana Fest offers up something for all ages including painting and crafts for kids to giant Jenga games, food trucks (NOW we’re talking!), merch stands and more.  Ohana Fest has also added a storytellers series where you can hear from surf legends, conservationists, environmentalist, and artists, watch movies or take in photography exhibits at these daytime happenings throughout the festival.

The 2023 festival takes place September 29th through October 1 and touts some impressive musical acts including headliners, The Killers, Haim, Eddie Vedder, The Chicks, Foo Fighters and The Pretenders!
