Growing up, watching Indiana Jones on the big screen was a thing of awe and wonder. Each adventure took us to far away lands and watching Indy go up against insurmountable odds NEVER got old and we loved cheering with the fans in the theater when Indy would punch someone in the face or lash out at the bad guys with his bull whip.
This weekend, Indy takes us on his final adventure with “Indian Jones and the Dial of Destiny” and we can’t WAIT to see it up on the big screen. If we are being honest, just saying this pulls at our heartstrings. We have to say thank you to George Lucas and Harrison Ford for years of enjoyment.
Harrison Ford returns as the legendary hero archaeologist in the highly anticipated fifth installment of the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, which is directed by James Mangold. Starring along with Ford are Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Shaunette Renee Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Oliver Richters, Ethann Isidore and Mads Mikkelsen. Directed by James Mangold, the film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has scored each Indy adventure since the original “Raiders of the Lost Ark” in 1981, is once again composing the score.
